The Leadership awareness weekend is for anybody who leads others. It is held in an exclusive and hidden retreat near Marbella, Southern Spain. The location offers a relaxed and secure environment for people to let their guard down and go on a journey of discovery of their emotional strengths and weaknesses; values and attitudes, personality traits and unresolved conflicts.
In addition, massages, well-being techniques and treatments are getting introduced helping to reduce stress and release anxiety.

The aim of the workshop is to lay the foundations of the relationship competencies needed to relate to others, to understand what motivates others, what are their self interest to get the best out of the them. Self-knowledge and awareness are in the hart of the course.
Bringing awareness and understanding to behavior patterns and scripts that drive one. Un-block or re-script those who hamper one’s ability to achieve hopes and aspirations of oneself and retrospectively of others.
Introducing tools for stress management, conflict resolution, high performance techniques (being in the Zone), motivational tools, and staying true to oneself in the face of adversity.
Introduction into relaxation techniques: Meditation, Yoga, Qi Gong
Treatments: one treatment a day to distress the body and mind
1 to 1 Sessions: 1 x 1 to 1 Session with our coaches
Nutrition: a little introduction to nutrition and of course  balanced and healthy meals whilst you are at the retreat.…and an opportunity to bring a subject or something you personally want to change.

  • Arrive 11.00am : Time to settle in and get to know your accommodation
  • 12.30 : Lunch.
  • Wind down, have a treatment relax and swim etc.
  • 4.00 – 7.30 p.m: Workshop, with break for refreshment
  • 8.30 p.m: Dinner

Duration: 3 days Friday to Sunday, plus one extra night accommodation at the end of the retreat
