Martina Willis’ new Wellbeing project encourages executives and business owners to learn from her, as well as offering hard-working women – or those who have lost their identity – the chance to escape and enjoy a well-earned break to re-invent themselves. Ultimately, she loves to help people face the fear they have in their lives and help them achieve their goals without the need for approval of others. She offers coaching, mindfulness training and retreats at her Finca near Marbella,  Southern Spain.


The main goal of coaching is to improve the individuals performance in all walks of life. This may be in terms of skills development or by helping them to deal with issues that stand in their way of success. A coaching session will typically take place as a conversation between the coach and the coachee (person being coached), and it focuses on helping the coachee discover answers for themselves.
