Siegfried spend over three decades of his business life in the high tech market, from design engineer to CSO, CEO and entrepreneur in volatile times. After his Electronic Engineering Education (80-84) he worked as Design Engineer, Product Manager and Sales and Key Account Manager with various international organizations in the high-tech market. His business career at Artesyn Technologies (88 to 01) led him from Global Account Manager and Managing Director Germany to VP Sales and General Manager Europe. Siegfried Kreuzer was appointed a Member of the Board of General Managers of Artesyn Technologies Inc. (97) and Member of the Supervisory Board of Artesyn Austria AG (98).
During this period and as General Manager Europe with Synqor Inc. (01-04) he introduced and established successfully sales processes and focused on process optimization in complex sales environments. In addition he became Miller Heiman Certified Consultant and implemented this unique Sales System with great success in global sales environments.
In 2004, Siegfried Kreuzer founded KP2 Kreuzer & Partners. From 2004 to 2013 KP2 GmbH represented Miller Heiman in Central and Eastern Europe as Alliance Partner and delivered solutions around the world. Under the leadership of Siegfried Kreuzer KP2 GmbH became Partner of the year of Miller Heiman Inc.in 7 consecutive years (2006-2012)
KP2 was acquired by Miller Heiman Inc. (13) and Siegfried Kreuzer has been named Miller Heiman Managing Director – EMEA.                                                                                                                                                                         In August 15, Siegfried Kreuzer returned to his core compedency, to set up, to form, to develop and to coach world class customer focused individuals and organizations.                                                                               He serves for a few clients on request only, writes business books lectures and gives key notes and speeches arond the globe.

Starting in 2015, Siegfried Kreuzer develops his own continium of sales books. This will become a series of up to 24 compendium books over the years 2016 and 2017. Watch out!

The Lecturer
Over several years Siegfried Kreuzer lectures for Students of Economics at Polytechnical University of Nuremberg in International and complex Sales. At several other Universities like FH Ingolstadt and WHU Düsseldorf he is a demanded guest speaker.

In 2016, based on the book project Siegfried Kreuzer develops an online e-leraning platform for sales professionals to become certified sales experts. Co-operations with educational institutions as well as corporations are under development. Watch out!

The Private Person
Living in Regensburg Germany with his Partner Melanie (Journalist) Siegfried Kreuzer enjoys thebavariaoutdoors, sports and culture. His desire of perfection in professions is paired with the enthusiasm for perfection in cars.
