Retention
Correspondence is kept as long as needed to answer you and for legal reasons. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Hosting
This site is hosted in Switzerland (Infomaniak). Google Analytics data is processed by Google LLC (USA). No other third party receives your data.
Reading the Handbook
To read the Handbook online you give your name and email once. They are kept on our own server, in Switzerland, so that Martina can ask you for feedback by email. They go to no one else, and you can have them deleted at any time: martina@martinawillis.com.
