The Spiral Home

The Spiral Home is where you can work with me directly.

You may arrive because something in your life no longer sits right. Perhaps you are facing a decision, carrying too much responsibility, meeting the same difficulty in a relationship, or simply knowing that something needs to change without yet knowing what.

We begin there—with what is actually happening in your life.

Today, there are four ways to enter this work: a private conversation with me, a small Field Experience in Andalusia, the Field Notes I write, or a personal Spiral Story created from what you choose to share.

Each form is different, but the purpose is the same: to slow things down enough for you to see more clearly what is happening and what your next honest movement might be.

The word Home does not describe a building. It is the name I give to this lived part of the work.

When we work together, I listen closely, ask questions and reflect what I notice. We may find two parts of your life pulling in different directions, a pattern that keeps returning, or a responsibility you have been carrying for so long that you have stopped asking whether it is yours.

We stay with what is there without rushing it towards an answer. Sometimes the next movement becomes clear during our conversation. Sometimes clarity comes later, once you have had time to let the conversation settle.

The change may be very ordinary: naming a no, having a conversation, changing one commitment, putting down a responsibility, allowing yourself more time, or stopping something that has been kept alive through effort alone.

The work remains deliberately small—one person at a time, or no more than four people during a Field Experience. Whatever becomes visible here needs to remain useful when you return to work, family, bills, tiredness and Monday morning.
