I did not start with an economic theory. I started with a body that stopped, and a long look at what twenty-five years of building systems had done to the people in them and to me. The theory came later, when I could not unsee the pattern.
This paper is where I wrote the pattern down as a system. It does not argue for markets or against them, for growth or for less of it. It asks a plainer question: what changes when an economy begins with the relationships that generate, rather than with extraction and then a layer of repair on top. I run a home-care company in Switzerland with my mother on exactly this. It has been tested on a Tuesday morning in a patient's flat more often than on a whiteboard.
It is the first of three papers. The second, the Generative Relationship, is the unit this economy runs on. The third, the Generator, is the grammar. The essay on The New Era and the series on Substack tell the same thing through lived cases; this is where it is stated.
This is work in progress and I say so. The axis is stable. New things are still emerging.
